We offer two premium categories:
• Healthy Meals – Portion-controlled, balanced, and made with minimal salt and butter.
• Gourmet Meals – Premium dining experience with indulgent yet well-balanced recipes.
You choose your meal plan, select your preferences, and pay in advance. Meals are freshly prepared and delivered to your doorstep according to your chosen schedule.
Yes. You can select preferred proteins (e.g., chicken, shrimp, vegetarian) for certain dishes. Customization requests must be submitted within our order cut-off time.
You should inform us of any allergies when placing your order. While we take precautions, our meals are prepared in a shared kitchen and may contain traces of allergens.
Delivery schedules depend on your chosen plan daily, weekly, or as per your subscription terms. All deliveries are made fresh.
Our meals are delivered fresh and can be enjoyed immediately. If you need to reheat them, instructions will be provided on the packaging.
Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription by notifying us within the required notice period stated in our Terms & Conditions.
We offer options for a variety of dietary preferences, including vegetarian and low-calorie plans. However, we do not currently provide keto, vegan, or halal-only menus unless stated.
Payments can be made securely online via debit/credit cards or other available payment gateways shown at checkout.
We currently deliver across selected areas in the UAE. Please check our delivery coverage before placing your order.
We can leave your order in a safe location upon your request, but responsibility for the meal passes to you once it is delivered.
